Seriously I personally do not understand why is it so hard for them to convey the right message to the public regarding the changes of the bus terminals venues. What is the PR doing??
You travelled for hours, from north to south or east to west in that crampy bus seat. About reaching your destination, the driver told you that they are dropping you at the new bus terminal which freak the passengers out. Confusion started to contaminate the publics' mind. Which bus terminal ? In-the-process-of-renovating-Puduraya OR the temporary-BJ OR the state-of-art-BTS.
The message is so unclear regarding the opening of Pudu and BTS. Especially CNY is around the corner, thousands are travelling back to their respective hometown, everyone is wondering which bus terminals to go to. Recent news mentioned that Pudu will be reopening on Feb 2, hopefully on time this time around.
